Diva Richards is one of the Northeast region's most sought after Health & Fitness experts with over 15 years’ + experience, founder and President of Hard Work No Excuses, LLC., owner of Hard Work No Excuses Fitness Facility located in Marlton, NJ and CEO of Hard Work No Excuses fitness apparel and the founder of the “Do Work Method” Life Coaching program.
“Hard Work No Excuses” has been a driving motto in Richards life from a young age as she grew up in the inner city of North Philadelphia and was raised by a single mother of 6 children. Diva found her safe haven and discipline in the world of dance and fitness. This world instilled self-confidence and a “can do” mentality within and pushed her through Temple University where she graduated in 2002 with a BFA in Dance.
Richards passion of helping others achieve their personal goals not only in fitness but in all aspects of life has pushed her to create the “Do Work Method” program. This online program is dedicated for those looking to not only improve their overall health goals but to focus on their mental well-being and working toward expanding out of their comfort zones to achieve personal and business success.
Richards is highly regarded in an array of fitness genres being CrossFit Level II Certified, NASM Personal Certified Trainer, Spin Certified, and TRX/Kettlebell Training Certified. By growing up in an underserved community, Diva has made one of her lifelong goals to continually give back to others in need and dedicates her time and resources to: Camden County Animal Shelter, Human Rights Campaign and American Cancer Society.
When Diva is not swinging kettlebells or whipping someone into mind and body wellness, you can catch her in Vegas or Puerto Rico, reading 48 Laws of Power or watching Cartoon Network while snacking on some brownies (probably protein brownies).
